Migraine: Migraines and other severe headache types can often present with nausea and vomiting. If you haven't seen a doc for these you definitely should. You may need some anti-nausea medicine or even IV fluids in severe cases. You need to confirm what type of headache this is so that it can be treated appropriately. This may include imaging (ct scan or mri) to rule-out more serious types of headaches.

Conservative: if you can easily make an appointment, it is always a good idea to see a doctor. however, if that is not possible then you might consider trying ginger products and replenishing your electrolytes. see a doctor if you are in unbearable pain, can't drink water, have continuous diarrhea, or have a fever. Usually GI bugs will pass.

can taking 2 much tylenol, 250 mg, 4/day for/3 days every day, along with some motrin, 400 mg, 3 days, plus every day taking tums at least 4 tablets/500mg, cause you to have a slight morning headache? & sometimes upset stomach?

: Yes, it could. What other medications are you taking. It would be useful to discuss all the mediations, prescription, herbals, over the counter drugs with your doctor so that you are not over medicating yourself.

: The incubation period is usually less than 7 days but cases of 2 week incubation were reported. You were tested negative more than 2 weeks ago but you could be positive now, either after a long incubation period or you might have a recent exposure in the first week of September. I think you need to quarantine yourself and have the test repeated.

Butran: if you were on a different opiate just before the Butrans and it was not out of your system you may have been experiencing withdrawal.  Buprenorphine the ingredient in Butrans is an agonist antagonist and will displace the other opiate off the receptor thus precipitating withdrawal.
