i have chest pains and pain in my left arm and back till i drink alcohol.... why does the drinking make me feel normal?  i also feel light headed

You need evaluation: I have no idea what the pain is, or why drinking alcohol makes it better, but you need to talk to your doctor. Hypertension in a 22 year old man is distinctly abnormal, and if your doctor has not tested you for more unusual causes of hypertension (coarctation of the aorta, primary hyperaldosteronism, renal artery stenosis and others), you should be tested for these. Talk to him about drinking also.

Cannot say: but, irritation of the stomach and some reflux symptoms can give pain in the area of the esophagus. Pain in the diaphram (hiatal hernia) often is felt in the arm.

Hard to say: Alcohol burns things - it is very destructive to tissue. If you put alcohol on a cut, you know this.  It may be your are getting esophagitis, gastritis or acid peptic disease, or even pancreatic inflammation, depending on how much you are drinking and your body's sensitivity to alcohol. Your physician can help figure it out with more complete history, physical and labs. Stop alcohol use for now.

Need more info: Some people lack an enzyme that is involved in the metabolism of alcohol and there is accumulation of aldehyde, an intermediary product, that can cause the symptoms you described.  Take this in the positive light and do not drink. Alcohol is a poison and it never did any body any good. 
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

i have asthma which isnt so bad but whenever i drink alcohol my chest feels heavy so my ? is can asthma have something to do with this and why and how

Alcohol: Alcohol affects every part of the body, from brain, to liver, heart, kidneys, blood, skin, only to mention a few. Also, alcohol interferes with your asthma medications & make it difficult to control the attacks.

No alcohol: until bleeding has resolved. Get a pelvic exam.

Get examined now!: possible gastritis, pancreatitis, peptic ulcer, gallbladder disease or and combination of GI/alcohol related issues: you will need an exam, blood testing. imaging and possible endoscopy- call NOW!

Yes: the result of the test is only related to your body's previous exposure to tb, and is not affected by alcohol

Quit drinking!!: I think your lt arm is telling you to quit drinking. There is no medical reason, that i can think off, to explain this phenomenon. But heed your good left arm, and quit before other parts of your body start rebelling against you as well.
