hi there i've been having bad stomach pains feels like my stomach is in a knot , i & been getting headaches. what can be wrong with me?

More inforation: I'm sorry but we're really going to need more information than that.Like,does this stop you from eating, are you vomiting, it is occurring at certain times of the day or during certain activities?Does the headache always occur in correlation with the stomach pain?Does the headache cause you to feel nauseous or vomit or feel sensitive to light?You really need to see your doc for best treatment

White d/c: i am assuming it is vaginal. Need to go to ER as may be having PID inflammation of the tubes and need IV antibitoics.  Go to ER today

Get u/a & c/s or aBD: Lower abd pain could be a UTI or ovarian cyst; an abd u/s may be diagnostic.

Acid reflux: Coming off a leave just like coming off any anti-inflammatory can lead to increased inflammation and rebound headaches can occur. But be very careful because both Aleve (naproxen) and ibuprofen are capable of irritating the stomach and increasing the acid reflux.

Ulcers, gallstones: Abdominal pain associated with food is concerning for gastric/duodenal ulcers and/or gallstone trouble. Panreatitis is also a possibility. If u have not been able to eat/drink, u could be dehydrated and thus headaches/dizziness etc..Significant irritable bowel syndrome can do same, but usually this is a long-persistent issue. Pepcid/prilosec may help. I would consult doc. Good luck.

Can't say: Your symptoms could be related (not necessarily), but there is too little information to draw a meaningful conclusion.  When was your last period, what kind of contraception do you use, are your periods regular, when in the cycle did these events appear?  We need a lot more history to be of any help to you.  Sorry.

This sounds like a significant amount of bleeding and with the pain you're having, I'd recommend that you be seen in an ER as soon as possible.
