Stop sleeping c CLs: You are experiencing corneal edema-- not enough oxygen getting to the cornea.  You should not be sleeping with these contacts.  It is possible that you may be able to wear another brand of extended wear contacts, or you may not be an extended  wear candidate.

Rest more, do less: computer work. That can make you stare and not blink enough. That can cause vision to appear blurry from a dry cornea. So rest your eyes more! Use lubricating drops and if it continues, you need to see your eye doctor just to be on the safe side!

Could be: This can be side effect of medicine, toxins, or neurologic condtion. Why don't you tell us which medicines you take and what toxins you may be getting in that eye? Is the left pupil normal earlier in the day? If not, you should see a neurologist or neuroophthalmologist. If problem is only at night, need to figure out substance causing it esp because it occurs even with lights on.

Because these patients usually respond to Indomethacin within 48 hours, they are also classified as an indomethacin-responsive ha. Rec.: see orofacial pain or headache specialist for evaluation, diagnosis and management.

Dryness: The most common reason for morning blur is eye dryness.  The tear flow drops at night and the action of the lids is minimized until you wake up.  You might try putting a lubricating eyedrop into your eye just before going to sleep like systane or refresh which can help minimize this time of blur in the morning.

See ophtalmologist: Conjunctivitis should not cause blurred vision after treatment. Uveitis and other serious eye conditions must be ruled out. Seek help asap.

When was the: last time you had a comprehensive Ophthalmologic  examination?That is very important. Using cheaters isn't the answer - eval is. Take care.

Possible cataracts: The most likely cause would be a posterior subcapsular cataract. If you've had cataract surgery, a posterior capusle opacity would do the same. Far less likely causes would be retinal problems.
