Go see your doctor: It's impossible to determine what's going on w/stomach pain & lost of appetite despite ability to digest small amounts of food. Maybe it's just a temporary issue. Maybe it's a minor viral infection. Maybe it's just heartburn. Or it could be something worse. Best for you to see your family doc for evaluation, diagnosis & appropriate treatment.

Many possibilities: A person with tummy pain between the belly button and the bottom of the rib cage can have a variety of problems. A doctor's examination is needed, unless the person is young and healthy, and the pain is mild and resolves quickly. Possible causes include: stomach acid problems, reflux symptoms, pancreatitis, gall stone related problems, abdominal muscle strains, some sort of hernia, etc...

Virus: You are probably coming down with a viral gastrointestinal infection. Nausea, vomiting and diarrhea usually are the next symptoms and the illness is self limiting. If you have severe localized abdominal pain, severe vomiting or passage of black or bloody stools, call your md. Otherwise take tylenol, (acetaminophen) fluids(not too hot or too cold) and rest.

Endoscoped?: Stomach cancer at age 19 is vanishingly rare. If the pain has been around for a while, a case could be made for endoscoping you to have a look. Ask about this option if it persists, especially if it does not respnd to antacids.

i have a stomach pain below my belly button. it feels like muscles but i haven't done anything to pull them. it hurts to move and during intercourse.

Could be 3 problems: Most common reason could be constipation and collection oif feces in lower colon. So take 4 tablets of dulcolax at night (all 4 as one dose), next morning you will have a good bm and it will clean your system.
2. Give rest to your muscles.
3. It may be urine infection. Take one tablet of Cipro (ciprofloxacin) 500 mg twice daily for one week.
4. See your doctor.

Constipation: Try some simple remedies like prune juice or a mild laxative. A suppository can also help if there is rectal pressure to have a bowel movement. If you have serious symptoms like severe abdominal pain, vomiting, fevers, blood in the stool then seek urgent evaluation.

Check it out: Doesn't sound dangerous, and may be related to the spermatic cord. Could be a hernia, or inflammation if the cord structures. Best to see a primary care provider for a more complete evaluation and an exam. Hope this helps!
