Vascular issues: If the calf tenderness is associated with swelling you should consider an evaluation for peripheral vascular disease. In addition the deep vein thrombosis can cause severe calf pain and leg swelling usually is not in both Legs but  this is very serious and must be rolled out.

even while at rest, i get a sharp throbbing pain in lower calf. pain is tolerable. no physical activites. last a few secs & started 1day ago any help?

Evaluation, PT: Sounds you might have an Achilles tendinitis but I would definitely follow up with a local Podiatrist. At this point I suggest you rest, ice, take over the counter anti inflammatory medication. Physical therapy might be in order.

Pains: This is hard to answer without and exam. Is pain in arms at night as well? Do you have other health issues? I recommend that you have an exam and some blood work to check your iron levels, and electrolytes.

Yes: Symptoms of a stress fracture include focal pain with activity that resolves when resting, usually after an increase in training or a change in training schedule/intensity.  The symptoms you describe can also be caused by  a condition called exertional compartment syndrome.  See an orthopaedic surgeon for a more formal evaluation.

Conditioning: You need to start with a level of activity that is well tolerated and increase the duration and intensity gradually so that your muscles and the surrounding tissue, fascia, have time to adapt to the changes in muscle size. It is good that you are exercising and should keep at it.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Muscle /bone imbalan: 1. Check to see if you have one leg shorter than the other?
2. Check to see if you have lack of ankle joint dorsiflexion.
3. Are you over pronating (flat feet) in stance phase of gait?
4. Are you doing passive muscle stretching exercises prior to walking?
5. May need some type of orthotic.
6. Myofascial trigger point release of the posterior muscle group will help.

Leg in, leg out.: Well, I guess you can be grateful that it alternates and does not remain in both calfs. Having said that, it is difficult to assess your problem without a detailed history and physical exam. Consider a consult with a primary care physician.

i have a question my left kneecap just shifted and now i have extreme pain the back of the calf what could be wrong and are these two things connected? please help i am in pain. having a hard time walking cause if the calf pain?

Patella dislocation: In view of the associated severe calf pain, I suspect a separate entity like severe calf strain or development of acute popliteal tendonitis. In any event I recommend getting off your leg with use of crutches and being evaluated &amp;treated by an orthopedic specialist. In the meantime, rest,elevate the leg, apply cold compresses to painful areas of knee &amp; calf for 20 minutes periodically.
