Your current bleedin: Will have little bearing on your long term fertility.  Polyps in the uterus are not like polyps in the colon.  A lump on the cervix is probably a cyst, also not a big deal.  Make sure you are getting followed but it sounds like you see a doc.  Good luck.

See your doc: It could be a cervical polyp, which is benign, but can cause bleeding or discharge.  It could also be a very large nano thuan cyst, which is also benign.  But you need someone to lay eyes on it quickly to make sure it isn't something more serious.  ASAP.

It depends: Cervical cancer is not that common. There are many pre cancerous abnormalities that are precancerous and may or may not need treatment. If you knew the exact abnormality I could give you a better answer. The lump is more than likely benign.
