Pelvic pain: Can be musculoskeletal,  or infection do you have a vaginal d/c, diarrhea? . May be hemorrhoids( anusol ), constipation ( drink 2-3 liters water gatorade prune juice) a day eat fiber, oats, brown rice, lentils, rarely could be UTI (but usually not buttock pain) f/u /w/ doc urgent care -

Neuralgia: Such a sharp, shooting, fleeting pain is characteristic of neuralgia which comes from a superficial nerve in the scalp and not the brain itself. This is not a serious problem and may or may not recur. See your physician if you have steady pain or frequent headaches.

i had sharp pain in the right back of my head for multiple times today that lasted probably a minute or less. it was very random and didnt hurt much, but was sharp and didnt feel like a normal headache.

See below : This tends to happen, if you haven’t had any other symptoms ( nausea, blurry vision, proyectile vomit, or other neurological signs or symptoms)  it could be stress related, increase your water intake and healthy diet, right amount of sleep and exercise.

When she goes she should describe the type, location, frequency and other symptoms associated with the pain.  Trust that working this out will make her feel better.
