Hard to tell: It could also be a viral meningitis. Contact to your doctor or go to Urgent care if can not get a hold of your doctor.

Headache: If this persistent headache is constant and dull, it may be a muscle contraction tension headache. If it's associated with aches,feverishness it could be part of a summer virus. Worrisome symptoms would include worsening headache,vomiting,drowsiness,visual disturbance,severe throbbing, rash,high fever. If you don't improve with rest and Tylenol, (acetaminophen) call your physician for evaluation.

Entirely new: There are several potential triggers for rhinitis that include infection and physical environmental changes like weather and temperature amongst others.  Travel is a common trigger in and of itself.  A consideration is whether this is a new symptom or exacerbation of an underlying problem.  If entirely new, then infection would be high on the list of possibilities (needs to be evaluated).

A few things: Drink extra water and have a small or moderate nutritious meal. Get a good night's sleep, as well. Then the headache should be gone!

Needs workup: You would need to have a workup; it would be helpful to know more about the quality of your headaches; pressure like a band as in a tension headache; or facial pain as in sinus headache. Is it pounding or throbbing? In any case a head ct or MRI might be indicated. And you should be careful as stilpane has Codeine and Meprobamate which can cause tolerance and addiction.
