Probably BV: Bacterial vaginosis is a common condition in women where the normal balance of bacteria in the vagina is disrupted and replaced by an overgrowth of certain bacteria. Bv is not a sexually transmitted disease. It causes vaginal discharge that is usually white or gray. Most complain of a fish-like odor noticed especially after intercourse.

Peace "piece"of mind: If you have been sexually active in the past and the STD status of the two  women is unknown., obtaining STD testing on your behalf will provide answers and peace of mind. Ethically, it is always a good idea to have a general discussion with a new sexual partner of any untoward sexual issues PRIOR to engaging sexually. A negative STD test in that discussion is a "bonus" to a new female partner.

: clean the area and apply an OTC antibiotic ointment till it heals. If a scab forms again let it drop off naturally. It is not an STD and pl. never use alcohol on any part of your genitalia it is a great irritant

Very unlikely: The timing and the fact that you gf is on birth control pills "corretly" makes it extremely unlikeley that she would be pregnant.  Kep using the condoms as it is an additional prevention (even thoug this time "leaked") and taking the piulls correctly to prevent an unwanted pregnancy.  Good job.  Always ceck a pregnancy test if she does not bleed during the placeo pill times.

Don't...: A tiny lump of 1 mm most likely represents an enlarged gland of hair follicle like a pimple. Just leave it alone as long as painless, no change in size, and no additional similar lesion around. Most likely, it's not a std. If still in doubt, see doc timely.

STD, other infection: Colored vaginal discharge (yellow, creamy, green, etc) usuallly means infection, and vaginal bleeding often goes along with infection as well. So does bleeding after sex. And as you fear, STDs like gonorrhea, chlamydia, or trichomonas are the most common genital infections in sexually active persons your age. Stop having sex for the time being and see your doctor ASAP. Good luck!

Assume he has it: Condoms can reduce but not eliminate the transfer of germs that cause STD's .Before the HPV vaccine was generally available as many as 70% of college age women had serum evidence of some strain of HPV. If he is having Sex with escorts, the likelihood of him not becoming infected is small, even with condoms.

Of Course You Can...: Any unprotected intercourse can transmit an std.  If this occurred, you should have an std exam done with your doc especially if with a new partner and especially if sexual history is unknown.  Better safe than sorry.
