Tenesmus: Tenesmus ("dry heaves of the rectum") can be due to lots of causes. Irritable bowel can do it. Inflammation in rectum causes spasm whenever stretch due to gas, solid or liquid stool passes through. Can also be due to pressure from gyn organs, colon or rectal masses, including hemorrhoids (and cancer).

GI specialist: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see a doctor, preferably a GI specialist. If you have lost weight, it is imperative that you see a doctor as soon as possible.

Likely unrelated: 3rd trimester pregnancy can put pressure n the colon especially when the enlarging head is downward - that can cause feeling need to poop.  The thigh pain is likely unrelated but may be a form of sciatica from lower back strain from the pregnancy.  Your Dr or a good Physical therapist can recommend some gentle stretches for back &amp; thigh Adequate fluids &amp; fiber are important for bowels.

Relax: I guess its better than being constipated. This is normal bowel function.

Exam: You may be developing a form of irritable bowel syndrome.or other GI illness. I suggest a consultation and examination by a GI expert. Avoid any offending foods which you feel may be contributing to this. Your issues require ongoing medical evaluation.

is it normal to have to poop 7-10 times a day? and when i have to go i have to go immediately i've tried changing my diet. that didn't help.

NO: its not normal! You should speak with your Primary Care Provider about evaluation and treatment for IBS D and the elimination of other reasons for frequent stools!

i had a colonoscopy yesterday and was told i should poop in 2 days..it seems every time i eat or drink i have to poop now.  is this normal?

Yes: Yes, it can be normal because of the fluid you had to drink before the colonoscopy.  This fluid cleans the inside of your colon by causing loose bowel movements.  It sounds like you still have some in your colon.  It should work its way out in a couple of days.

every time i roll over or shift my body i urgently have to poop.  i can't eat because of severe upper ab pain.  am drinking fluids.  please help.

Without further info: ...its impossible to advise you other than to suggest an ER evaluation, particularly if you are in as "Severe" pain as you indicate.
