what is this faint constant vibration in my foot? i was tested for diabetes a year ago and results were negative never had gestational diabetes either

Nerve injury: It certainly could be a nerve injury. It does not have to be related to diabetic neuropathy. It could be something like an entrapped plantar nerve or damage further up your leg, say at your peroneal nerve and the branches that are most affected are those endpoints at the bottom of your foot. You could have an EMG done to rule out any other nerve damage and see if your plantar is entrapped.

i stomped my foot fairly hard on the floor and it caused a vibration in my head. should i be concerned, will it cause brain damage/injury? thanks?

Back on the Block!!: That vibratory feeling could be an equivalent sensation to the pain you've had, via a slightly different nerve pathway. Your past story suggests that rather than something weird and new. The best bet would be to see if it gets worse or if it stays that way for a few weeks. In either case let your back doctor know. If you get weaker on that side, that's a warning to be seen sooner than later.

I don't know why: Your feet itch. A visit to your physician or dr can help to find out. Causes for itching of feet can include fungi called dermatophytes (ringworm, athlete’s foot); dyshidrosis (a form of eczema); neuropathy (i.e., diabetic); hookworm; vitamin deficiencies; scabies; poor circulation; pregnancy; cholestatis, dry skin, chilblains; contact dermatitis etc.
