Yes: Keep area moist with aquaphor and covered and area wil heal within another few days. Avoid infection -do not pull off skin.

See dermatologist: Would see a dermatologist as soon as you can, any wound or skin lesion that doesn't heal after an extended period of time is concerning for a skin cancer, would get a biopsy at the very least.

Many possibilities: Proper evaluation of a blistery rash on a 1 month old will require an exam. There is a possibility that this could be an infection. Please set up a visit to evaluate the issue.

Blisters: The cluster of blisters reminds me of shingles or herpes zoster. It is related to the chickenpox virus and is contagious. Have him checked to confirm the diagnosis.

hello, 2 weeks ago i fell and scraped my knee. its healing, no discharge, no odour, clean it everyday, but on one side there are tiny blister-like bumps, mostly around the wound edge, same color as my skin, slightly itchy. what could it be? thank you?

: This does not sound like HSV. More like either a bacterial infection like MRSA or an allergy { esp if there is a lot of itching }. See a dermatologist for evaluation and possible treatment

Maybe: This could be mrsa. It might not be.  As long as you've got no fever, there's no penetrating trauma, it's not expanding, and it's not very painful, it is reasonable to see what it does over the next couple of days. Warm epsom salt water soaks, dial soap and water scrubs, and maybe some topical antibiotic ointment would be my home treatment  if the above criteria are met.

I wouldn't think: the chances are high...those ulcerated lesions are very commonly present in herpes. Balanitis is swelling and inflammation of the foreskin. It's main cause is suboptimal hygiene in the uncircumcised. Symptoms will usually resolve when you rinse (unscented) soap completely off the penis. Low dose OTC topical steroid or anti fungal cream may help. Rarely are other antibiotics needed. USE CONDOMS!

Blister : Yes even one blistering sunburn may  increase ones risk of developing skin cancer.
