Acne variant: This sounds like the variant of acne in which "whiteheads" form around hair bases (mostly the hair you get as a young adult) and sometimes elsewhere.  The stringy material is called "sebaceous filaments".  If it is troubling, there are home (check online) and over-the-counter remedies, or a dermatologist can help out.

Sun spot: Would be wise to have any pigmented lesion evaluated that changes size, color, or shape.  See a General Physician or Dermatologist.

KP: If mainly on your upper arms, it's possibly keratosis pilaris.  May want to consider applying am-lactin, lac-hydrin, or cerave sa a couple times a day (all are over the counter).

i know dont know how to post a picture but its one bump on my groin that i noticed was bleeding.  its on my groin close to my pubic hair, not on my penis. its close to my inner thigh.  i had unprotected sex with older woman 2 days ago ?

hi, i had a big colourless spot just above my penis next to my thigh. i squeezed it and blood and pus came out. hard underneath. is it cancerous?

Infected cyst?: For sure this isn't cancer. It sounds like a boil (skin abscess), or perhaps a sebaceous cyst that has become infected. See a doctor immediately if there is redness spreading from that area, if it's very painful, or if you have fever.  Also get care if it doesn't heal up in a few days, or if the same problem recurs in the future. You may need minor surgery to prevent recurrence.

first i thought it was bed bugs so i bought the mattres cover cause i was itching everywhere and has rash all over my body but it went away. but i still itch in some spot of my body like my arms, wrist, butt, left inner thigh, lower back?

May be scabies: It could be another type of infestation like scabies or fleas.  However, a mattress cover is not going to prevent bed bugs if you are infested with them.  Other possibilities include an allergic reaction to a lotion, soap or laundry detergent.

hi - i am 34 and been having random patchy goosebumps appear on my left thigh that come and go. i am not cold when they appear and its local to one spot on my leg. every now and again i will get them on my arm. what is the cause for this?

: Thinking it may be due to cold or warm or stress  Keep a goosebump diary to see if you can track it down. Like food drink stress meds.  Then share with your doctor and the two of you can figure it out.

Petichiae: These sound as if they may be ecchymoses (deep bruises with bleeding visible thru skin), but might be something else. Not due to stress or anxiety. See a doctor for more specific diagnosis.

Watch: It may be best to leave the spots alone. These may be moles and like moles anywhere else, examine these periodically, if the spot doubles in size, develops a nodule, changes color, bleeds or ulcerates, see a doctor.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

i have bumps on my penis head, i think fordyce spot for long time now, when i masturbate or sex, they get red for a whilr is that normal?

Match pictures: These may be sebaceous glands / fordyce's, or if they're in a row around the glans, they may be pearly papules. Neither is anything to worry about.
