Be checked: Get a pregnancy test and see your doctor. You may have drainage from your breasts. This can be caused by a hormone called prolactin. All the best.

Rare: it would be very rare to get pregnant after a tubal ligation, if your pregnancy test is positive, then call your Gynecologist, but as stated, that would be very rare.

Wait and see: A woman has several hundred periods in her lifetime and so some irregularity is acceptable. If your irregularity were to continue, i would recommend an evaluation but at this point, i would just wait and see.

Short period: Everybody can have a " weird" period occasionally.  I would, however, recommend a urine prenancy test if there is any chance of pregancy.

Probably period: Brown equals old blood. It sounds like that was your period although likely not a normal period for you. It is typical to have an "off" period every now and then. This usually corrects itself over the next few cycles. If it continues see your doctor to discuss cycle regulation. Birth control is very effective at regulating the cycle and preventing pregnancy.

Was it your period: Or was it spotting? The main reason for light periods is a change in hormone levels.  Causes for what seems to be a light period can include: implantation bleeding in early pregnancy, thyroid problems,  eating disorders, excessive exercise, initial periods for a girl, use of an intrauterine device, oral contraceptives & perimenopause.

Irregular : Irregular periods can occur at any time for multiple reasons, and is also very common. Stress can definitely contribute; in addition things such as extreme weight changes (increase or decrease) hormonal imbalances including thyroid issues, and pregnancy are all factors to consider. If you don't get your next period as scheduled then you can consult your doctor.

Can be normal: Or this episode of bleeding might not have been a normal period, but rather breakthrough bleeding from an abnormal cycle.  If this happens more, you should be checked out.
