Incompetent cervixRx: Have the OB md check the reasons that the  first two miscarriages occured. If they were genetic(non-viable chromosome combinations) or structural(an easily opening cervix-incompetence). If the cervix is the problem and you make the 2nd trimester of the pregnancy then a suture can be used to hold the cervix closed.(cerclage).

Pregnancy: If you miss your next cycle, do a pregnancy test. Common first signs of pregnancy are nausea and often vomiting and breast enlargement with tenderness. If you are pregnancy positive start prenatal vitamins. All the best.

Iron &amp; multivitamin: You can safely take 30 mg of iron at one time. Depending on how anemic you are, you may need to take it 3 times/day. Take it with food. If you get constipation, take a fiber laxative like metamucil. Also take multivitamins. For the sake of your and your baby's health, you should be under the care of a doctor.

i strongly believe i may be pregnant. too soon for a + test result. my biggest concern is i take atenolol and trazodne . i fear taking  these a lot!?

Stop both: If you may be pregnant, you should stop both and are, hopefully , already taking Folic Acid supplements (if not, start immediately). Atenolol is class d (unsafe) in pregnancy.  Trazodone is class c (safety is unknown). A substitute for atenolol, if you need it, is Acebutolol which is class b (no human studies in the 1st trimester but probably safe, ok in 2nd and 3rd trimesters). Good luck!

Possible: It is possible and you need to find out as soon as possible because you need to be under an obstetrician's care immediately if you are pregnant and have gestational diabetes. Please also take a prenatal vitamin daily
