Not really: The crazy bone is really your ulnar nerve that runs on the inside part of your elbow.
Did you have any trauma for you to be suspicious of a fracture? If not its unlikely. If you had trauma, you should see an orthopedist and have it worked up with x-rays etc.

Sprain v fracture v : Flipping chairs? Any numbness or tingling? Weakness? Bruising? Off the cuff, you could have sustained anything from sprain to dislocation to fracture. In this situation, best to go see doctor (urgent care will do) to get xray to (dis)prove fracture. While waiting to see doc, remember rice: rest, ice, compression & elevation. Good luck!

See a doc!: It's difficult to determine this over the internet without a good exam.  Icing the area is a good idea, along with antiinflammatories, such as Aleve (naproxen) or Motrin intermittently.  But if this has been persistent over 1-2 weeks, then it should be examined by a doctor.
