See a good doctor: There are many possible causes of feeling tired. It's impossible to diagnose you in this format. You need an exam &amp; tests. Possible causes include anemia, thyroid &amp; other hormonal imbalances, vitamin/mineral/amino acid deficiencies, all sorts of chronic infections (viral, bacterial, fungal, parasitic), environmental or food allergies, environmental toxins, sleep apnea, stress etc. Please see doc!

Other causes too: Tiredness can be caused by causes other than sleep deficit. One common cause is anemia(low hemoglobin)...so you may want to get your blood count(CBC) done. Stress can also cause fatigue and so can depression. I would advice you to take up exercise(like a brisk walk,30min, a daily basis. This will help to give you extra strength but it takes more than  a month or so before your body will be energiz

You may be anemic: There are multiple reasons that you may feel tired and weak. You may have anemia, a low red blood cell count because of blood loss due to your menstrual period. Your thyroid gland may be underactive. You need to consult your doctor to find out why you are so fatigued.

Cause: You are too young to have high blood pressure. You need to see your physician to find out the cause: hyperthyroidism, adrenal disease, pituitary problems, kidney issues... You can't accept this as normal until a workup failed to find a cause.

Minimizing light exposure during the day and using medical lamps (used for seasonal affective disorder) can help in setting your physiologic clock - but often nothing works other than switching to a more normal shift.

my spo2 is 79-88 when laying on the right side. it is 94-98 laying on the left. i sleep on my right side and always feel tired. what would cause the variance? what can i do to improve? upright runs 92-95.
