: Two Allegra 24 hrs pills taken 12 hours apart should not cause a problem, other than potential drowsiness. You'll need to talk with a doctor for diagnosis and treatment of your reaction. It is ok: Allegra (fexofenadine) 24 hours is a slow release non drowsy anthistamine. Allegra (fexofenadine) d 12 hours has a decongestant, sudafed or pseudo ephedrine. D stands for decongestant. Allegra (fexofenadine) itself is pretty safe even if the dose is doubled. However, avoid exceeding the dose of decongestant as it can make you hyper and also keep you awake at night. 

You may also see an allergist to treat the cause of the problem.

Try benadryl: It is unusual to develop an allergy to allegra.  Could whatever you took the allegra for be causing the reaction?  Try taking benadryl.

can i take claritin (loratadine) 24 hour with allegra 24 hour? i took the claritin (loratadine) cause that's all i had but my husband bought allegra which i prefer.

No: Take one or other but not both during any given 24hr period of time. They're both from same family (antihistamines) so you don't want to duplicate medications & end up w/worse side effects, eg dry eyes, dry mouth, constipation & inability to urinate. As for which to take, that's a personal choice - as you noted, you get better results w/allegra but that's your metabolism. Keep plenty around!

Maybe: The drug is listed for kids 12 and above. If the kid is above average in size i might, but the manufacturer suggests the 30 mg twice daily at that age.
