But it can rarely be associated with gastroparesis (delayed gastric emptying), resulting in abdominal pain and nausea.

Not usual: Thoigh names are close hey are different hormones and have very different actions and levels. It is not usual to check both at the same time. PTH has to be ordered. Your symptoms are not typical of hyperparathyroidism but a simple lab can be done.

A vagina is created or evolved to be a two-way street (penis in and out, baby out). The gastrointestinal tract is designed to be one-way, with an opening on each end. Food goes in the mouth and the brown stuff goes out the butt. Friction, trauma hurts the anus and rectum.

Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

A few methods: There is no easy answer here but a few suggestions: 
1. Swallow less air.  This is best achieved by eating slower, not talking when eating, and eating less temperature hot foods (when food is hot we inhale a lot of air to cool it down)
2. If this doesn't help, simethicone (gas-x) can help dissolve gas particles and make gas easier to pass
3. If still a problem see a GI doctor or pcp.

Belch: The best way to release gas from your stomach is to belch.  It is also important to try not to swallow air.  You shouldn't drink with straws, out of bottles, avoid sodas, avoid eating too fast and washing food down with liquid.  If you are speaking about intestinal gas you should avoid gas forming foods such as broccoli, beans, fiber, dried fruits, salads, etc.
