Need: Re evaluation it could just be exacerbation of your crohns or inadequate control. May need other suppressive therapy like steroids.Could also be related to complications or unrelated illness

Yes but: The Hyoscyamine can delay gastric emptying which can exacerbate gastro-esophageal reflux disease , if that's what you have. There is no interaction between the two drugs otherwise.
