may i still use rubbing alchohol that is over 10 years old? i have itchy skin that have infection. also, should i use alchohol or hydrogen peroxide?

No Alcohol: Alcohol does not sound like a good idea for an irritated skin rash.  Peroxide is a gentle antiseptic, and depending on the actual cause of your itchy rash, might be useful. Tpically molluscum can be left alone especially if it's just a few in number.y

H2O2, white spots: Your question is not clear. Do you mean "normal"? If so, yes, that is commonly seen with H2O2 when portions of epidermis are exposed.

A scar: This sounds like a simple scar but it could be a problem type of scar called a keloid check with your doctor to be sure and avoid using peroxide as it slows healing.

Otitis externa: It could be infected and may need antibiotic ear drops. In many cases, chronic otitis externa is an eczematous condition that responds to other ear drops that can be prescribed. See ENT.

May be fungal/yeast: infection on the skin of the scrotum.  The groin area is a common place that fungal infections occur.  The fungus tends to grow well on areas that are warm and moist, and often itch worse when the area become more warm and moist (eg. when working out and/or sweating). Sarna lotion: Drink water, use moisturizers such as sarna for sensitive skin, apply aveeno (oatmeal) bath oil when in the shower on your wash cloth, and use witch hazel for relief.  If you are still out of control see a doctor since it may mean you have anxiety.
