Needs evaluation: I'm not sure if you suffer from migraines, but this is something I would seek evaluation for. A headache with trouble swallowing could be a nerve problem, especially if you have one sided face symptoms. You should go to a Casualty Room ASAP.

Seek help now: Your symptom is concerning for an abscess of the tonsil.   You should see a doctor as soon as possible.  There are some other things it could be, but it needs to get checked out.
