Yeast infection?: Yeast infections occur when the area is subject to a warm moist environment. You can also get other sexually transmitted infections that might cause similar symptoms. You may have experienced some trauma to the area if decreased lubrication was a factor or an allergic reaction to the soap you used afterwards. You should see a doctor.

Urology: No this is not normal. You may want to check with your urologist if you have persistent pain.

Cervical bump: With a history of genital herpes and vaginal child birth, you should see an ob/gyn as soon as possible.  Also, make sure you ask have had your routine pap smears and cervical cancer screenings.

Possible yeast: If you have been taking antibiotics for a UTI and were developing yeast overgrowth, this may now be a full flown yeast infection. A pelvic exam and possible culture would help figure this out for you.

See your Family Doc: 12 pounds in a week is a crazy amount of weight to lose. And then to have enough energy to have sex? Wow! Bloody urine needs to be evaluated. You didn't describe where you're having constant pain but that obviously needs to be diagnosed &amp; treated, too. Bottom line, go see your Family Doc as a starting point. S/he can order initial tests &amp; refer you to specialists if appropriate &amp; necessary.

Possible Reasons: Possible causes: vaginismus, inadequate secretions, large penis penetrating smaller vagina. If this was your first episode of sexual intercourse - it is not uncommon to be painful. May wish to check with your gyncologist if this is a pattern.

Female?: It sounds like this is deep  (vice superficial pain) have u had surgery (adhesions), ovarian cysts,  urinary tract infection, std endometriosis, hx of uterine fibroids or pelvic inflammatory disease, is your uterus tilted toward the back ? There are many possible causes. Please see your gynecologist to evaluate for cause. Often correctable causes can be identified.
