Generally No.: 'sciatica' loosely refers to a pain coming from the back going down the leg.  In classic or typical sciatic pain, however, the testicle usually does not hurt.

Cystitis: Pain in the bladder is called cystitis. The same organism that cause epididymitis  can also cause cystitis. Continue your antibiotics until you have taken them all and the pain should resolve.

Many reasons: Torsion (/"twisting") of the testicle or its appendix; local trauma; epididymitis or other infection; other causes of swelling; tumor...Sorry there are a lot of potential causes. If pain intensifies, can indicate an emergency. Best to get it checked out--urgent care or er if severe (also er can usually get ultrasound to evaluate it).
