Avoidance!: You can try to cover it up, but no way to remove, only time.

It is sort of a tatoo, but luckily it goes away.

No place safe: Tornadoes can get almost anywhere, but if you can get to a basement that is desirable.  If not, the central portion of the house, away from windows is best.

Not totally. : Many patient take 40mg per day. But you may feel little more anxious or irritable and may some stomach discomfort day or two. It also depends on how long you are taking your current dose.

Hamstring vs. Back: Could be a hamstring tear/tendonitis or it could be coming from your back like sciatica.  I would see a sports/spine fellowship trained physician who can discern the two and get you feeling better soon.

Hooka: It is as dangerous as smoking cigarettes, it increases your risks of all types of cancer and then you can get herpes and other diseases that are transmitted from mouth to mouth when you share the sheesha.

Evening Primrose oil: "huile d'onagre" is french for evening primrose oil -- obtained from the evening primrose plant.  It can help in pms, especially with breast soreness.  The gla (gamma linolenic acid) in it along with linoleic acid decreases inflammation.  Usually it's well-tolerated, but don't use in pregnancy.  Also, combined w/antiplatelet meds (aspirin, etc) it may increase anticoagulation, leading to bruising.

Sugar not control: It seems that your blood sugar is not well control. Adding insulin seems to be an option but it needs to be done under the supervision of your primary care physician.    The test calls HgbA1C might help your physician in making that determination

Pain: Exertional compartment syndrome caues pain in the front of the shin after activity or exercise and it typically is relieved after rest. Some patients report numbness and tingling to the front of the foot as well. It can be experienced in any kind of sport that involves running. It stops after he activity is stopped so it would stop in the offseason. It is "exertional" so happens after you run.
