HPV baby transmit: There have been cases where hpv has been shown to be transmitted from a parent to a child: during birth (with babies occasionally infected on the vocal cords), babies and moms sleeping together, and, yes, probably in bathing together as well.  The prevalence of hpv being as high as it is and the scarcity of cases of such transmissions being so low, you should consider the risk minimal. No worries!

Yes: There have been studies showing fomite transmission in girls sharing panties. I don't know of any directly done on sponges and such but it seems likely that there would be some risk there. Be safe.

Probably not: It takes intimate contact to transmit hpv, the risk in this exposure would be exceedingly low.

Washing with: warm clean soap and water should be fine. Specific types of warts usually occur primarily in specific parts of the body.

: No, the soaking is not the solution. These changes are due to gradual loss of estrogen that comes with menopause which results in dramatic changes in the appearance of vulva and vagina. With age, skin of vulva becomes thin, loses elasticity, and moisture so that the patient starts feeling burning and itchy sensation. Talk to your doctor about to treat. OTC use silicon based vaginal moisturizer.

So, each person gets to ask, "Do I have a disease from somebody else, that I can transmit to another person?" In each scenario, who MIGHT have the disease? It must be the person(s) who have had sexual contact. The disease transmits FROM the person who has had sexual contact, to others.
