Good to be concerned: Studies have shown that patients who have had a LEEP procedure may have a higher incidence of cervical stenosis or premature delivery from cervical incompetence. However HPV alone will NOT prevent you from getting pregnant assuming there are no other factors like tubal occlusion or lack of ovulation. If the HPV progresses to overt cervical cancer then fertility options will be revisited.

No worries: Haven't heard of either one of those concerns being a human papillomavirus effect. That said, if one's wife looks at one's penis and sees a frightening collection of HPV warts, she might respectfully exclaim, "Don't come near me until you get those zapped off by the doctor!" In that case, one would be temporarily rendered "not fertile" due to the penis restrictions. To avoid such, be vaccinated.

Just tell him: Most women have a few hpv strains on board. If he's worth having, it won't be a problem for your relationship. You may have gotten them from him, and if you've had unprotected sex, he's probably gotten it too. It's a cancer risk for an uncircumcised man and he'll have to keep tabs on himself, but he's an adult that that's not a problem.
