Herpes simplex: Don't know how you were tested, but most often this is a clinical diagnosis based upon the mode of presentation of the lesions. Treatment, unless begun immediately after onset is seldom effective in shortening the duration of symptoms. You don't say where the infection occurred, but am assuming genitally, in which case you might want to be tested for other stds. Hope you are well soon.

You : You likely had an allergic reaction to the soap you used. Try over the counter Hydrocortisone cream to the external vaginal area. If this persists you may be dealing with a yeast infection, you can then try a yeast infection cream. If you still have symptoms visit your doctor again.

Generally not: In most cases, once testing indicates someone has glaucoma, they are no longer considered suspect and are started on treatment.  However, sometimes the tests aren't conclusive, but the optic nerve appears to have glaucoma related damage. In this case, a doctor may start you on medicine, but still call you a suspect.

COVID 19: If you are asymptomatic then you won't need any medications. There are no medications that will prevent you from developing symptoms. Do continue to quarantine.

Simply apply: This is as strong a combination of topical agents as you can get for acne, and you should get a good result. If it's not sufficient, your physician can add a systemic Rx. Manage your disease until it remits on your own. I was able to stop medication when I was 50. Best wishes.

Do you drink?: Both of the SGPT levels are only minimally elevated. Do you take alcohol or is either of you on any medications. Either of these can explain the SGPT levels. If you do drink, abstain for three months and repeat the test. Discuss you medications with your doctor to see if one of those may be affecting your lab result.

: Yes, many larger and reputable  OB-Gyne societies recommend a BMI under 30 to start fertility medications, but some ON-Gyne docs  will treat women in the 30-35 range if age is under 37 and only with certain medications…
