No: Visanne (dienogest) is a progestin (synthetic progesterone-like compound) that actually is potent enough to be contraceptive.  The "morning after pill" is also a progestin (levonorgestrel).  So 1) you probably did not need the morning after pill, and 2) you have simply given yourself an extra pulse of progestin.  No adverse effects but you might have a little spotting.
