No.: You cannot get pregnant from anal sex.  In order to get pregnant, sperm must be present in the vaginal canal.

It is best, however, to use a condom with anal sex and extra lubrication (water-based) to protect yourself from sexual transmitted infections, but also protect your anal tissues from damage.
