Don't douche: Douching is unnecessary and potentially harmful.  I recommend not douching at all. You can easily damage the vaginal tissue and push potentially harmful bacteria up into the uterus. Just an opinion.....: I hope you can find a way to avoid it at any time. It is not necessary if you wash well and perhaps use a pleasant smelling body oil and it can be damaging to your body's natural chemistry. Read about the pros and cons and consider it for yourself. If you decide to continue use, i don't think it would be more of a problem during your period.

No: Enemas are not meant to be used as douche. The ingredients in the two preparations are quite different and the oil in the enema is likely to make matters that you are trying to douche out, worse.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.
