good day i have a dry cough and my chest feels irritated (kind of like a burning sensation). i am able to breathe fine and do not hear of any sights of wheezing. what might be causing this? also, if it anything treatable, what would you recommend?

Possible infection: Not serious. GF should get her urine tested for infection and likely may require an antibiotic. She should drink lots of water because frequent urination also helps to eliminate bacteria. Please advise GF in future to empty bladder after sex, because pumping action of penis, during sex, pushes bacteria up into bladder where they can multiply &amp; cause cystitis/infection.

Anti-inflammatory: After cooling down burn with ice, recommend covering it with sterile gauze bandage as well as taking an over the counter anti-inflammatory medicine such as Ibuprofen or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medicine.

Hope it helps : Patients with GERD have acid from their stomach go up into the esófagos. The acid burns the esophagus this in turn irritates the nerves of the area witch result in coughing and burning sensation.

Need good shampoo: I know of no "natural" treatment for what sounds like seborreic dermatitis.  You need to try a daily dandruff shampoo such as selsen blue or head and shoulders.  If that doesn't solve the problem, you should see a dermatologist.

I'm not quite sure: What your question is, but i'll give it a shot.  You could have an allergy to latex, or to the common spermicides they put on condoms which could cause burning. Try different non-latex condoms which can be used with better silicone based lubes such as eros. To avoid uti's, pee asap after sex, and preferably do a quick "rinse off" in the shower with water or very gentle soap only. No baths!

Frostbite: Since they are 2 days old, they are probably already rewarmed. Treat the area like a thermal burn. Keep it covered with dry sterile dressings. If blisters develop, seek medical attention.
