Speculation: Likely not long at all. She would be menopausal ; thus not produce mucosal secretions allowing sperm to survive. However, there are no known scientific or research reports which could address this question, hence 'speculation'. 60-year-old women can not concieve although can get pregnant by ivf.

Depends: I'm assuming maybe you're concern because the penis was around the labia during ejaculation.  If there was ejaculation while the head of the penis was between the labia (lips) certainly sperm could enter the vagina or if semen was covering the outer labia and she inserted a finger right after, but otherwise its very unlikely.

: It is unlikely that you are pregnant unless you had a penetrating intercourse.
You very likely have infection of your vagine(Vaginitis).
You should first get treated for Vaginitis. It is best to see your doctor, if that is difficult, you should get hold of a medicine called Clotrimazole troches which will likely clear your infection. Pregnancy test may be useful too.

Special positions...: Special positions are not needed in normal people. Firstly, the sperm should already be in the vagina (all the way in there). Secondly, those guys can swim.

Semen, ejaculated during male sexual act, is composed of sperm and fluids from seminal vesicle and prostate gland. Alkaline characteristic of prostate fluid is quite important for successful fertilization.  Sperm's motility becomes optimal when pH of surrounding fluid rises to 6.0 to 6.5.  Vaginal secretions in female are acidic, pH 3.5-4.0.  Ejaculate should be inside vaginal canal
