Increased Hair : Mix together equal parts turmeric, gram flour and water until it becomes a paste. Apply to hair and rub the cream off once it has dried. When applied consistently, turmeric and gram flour reduce and slow the growth of hair.

It depends/ nonspec.: This seems like a nonspecific sign.  It might depend on what products, if any, you might use to groom those areas.  For example, if waxing or heat grooming instruments are used, the roots might be removed and the hair may take real long to or may never grow back.  Stress might also be a reason, as might your gastroenteritis.  If it gets worse, see your doctor.  Good luck.

Stocking trouble: Cotton compression stockings are cooler than synthetic.  There are also lighter, thinner stockings that are available.  If you are wearing thigh high stockings and really only need knee high, the shorter ones will be cooler.  Your best resource is probably the medical supplier who fits stockings.  They can tell you what is available.  The hair pulling thing might actually be trickier.

Shaving: is more "temporary" ALL HAIR GROWS AT A CERTAIN RATE! However Waxing removes the hair follicles or leaves a completely EMPTY follicle behind and hair regeneration is a lot slower!

You are also too young for problem with circulation to the legs. Poor circulation to the legs also causes claudication (calf pain with walking a distance).
So the remained possible causes will be local such as fungal infection (hair loss + rashes) or change in gartment.
