Vaginal discharge or: sperm? Leakage of sperm after sexual intercourse is pretty normal. Can wipe off after sex - so that less ends up in your pants. If your normal vaginal discharge tends to be heavy - you can always add a panty liner.

A pillow...: If you are trying to get pregnant, it may be helpful to put a pillow under your bottom, to tip your pelvis up, and rest for 15-30 minutes rather than jumping out of bed and immediately using the toilet.
