Hpv: In theory the more contact with hpv the more chance for transmission and vice versa. I would see your doctor for more info and for now protected sex via condom.

No.: Hpv is a virus that can infect the lining of the cervix, vagina, vulva, anus, penis and mouth.  It is spread by sexual transmission.  Hpv infection generally has no impact on the estrus cycle and generally does not change the timing or "intensity" of periods.  Hpv can cause warts, precancerous changes and cancers.

Probably: If you assume that you received your HPV from your current partner, and that even if you did not that they have been infected by you, there is a good chance that you may get it back. Why don't you use condoms and in the interim go and get the HPV vaccine? Good luck.

Where are the warts?: If it is a safe location, you might be able to use a topical spray Benadryl (diphenhydramine) or Lidocaine ointment or cream.
