Not sure: I am not sure what you mean by phantom heart pain, if this is related to a transplant patient, i'd have to say I have never heard of it.  If you mean pain in the area of the heart which is not coming from the heart, i'd tell you we see it everyday.  However, one has to be careful to not discount an episode of chest pain as "phantom" pain.
