hi i am 25 years old i started shaving my bikini are and now i have brown spots and ingrown hairs with razor bumps how can i remove them?

Stop shaving...: ... practice good skin hygiene and skin preparation prior to shaving, buy new razors, clean and store your razors properly (on a dry surface, not in the shower/tub), and schedule an appointment with a Dermatologist for evaluation and consultation. You may have skin that just needs more TLC and possibly developed folliculitis. This is very common and a good Dermatologist will help.

Some not most: The dark spots some women get are  due to pigmentation in the vulva. Most women do not get hair bumps unless they are shaving regularly and "nick" themselves, or hygiene issues are present. When voiding remember to wipe from front to back and cleansing well after a bowel movement. Hair bumps are caused by bacteria in the hair follicles.

Epididymis?: My guess is you are feeling your epidiymis; sounds normal. Google "testicular anatomy" or similar terms for illustrations. If both sides the same, amost certinaly not abnormal. Harder to guess at the "dark circles", but maybe just normal variation in skin tone. If you remain in doubt, discuss these things with your doctor, but for now it doesn't sound like you have anything to be worried about.

my husband has a red bump he thought it was an ingrown hair. he tried to pop it, but the area got red & inflamed. there are spots of pus, and a scab where he picked. hes worried bc it is redder today. its sore to the touch, but not radiating pain?

Red Spots on Pubis: Likely these are harmless angiomas ( blood vessel formations) that, unless they enlarge, bleed, become painful, or otherwise change their appearance/behavior, are only of cosmetic concern.

Don't shave so close: You're probably shaving very close with a multi-blade razor. Those razors actually shave below the skin line, causing ingrown hairs which appear as red bumps. Try a single-blade or electric razor. You won't get as close a shave, but that's the idea.

i know that my facial hair was causing me to have acne and bumps.so i got rid of them.after my bumps disappear black spots are left.why?

May be comedones: Acne is caused by skin pores being plugged by tiny clumps of skin cells (the clump of cells is called a comedone). When there are no bumps or actual pimples and pustules, the acne-prone areas of skin will still have plugged pores. Maybe the black spots are actually the comedones in the skin pores. The best way to tell is to have a primary care doctor look at the spots.

i just noticed that i seem to have more bumps (i believe hair follicles and fordyce spots) on the right side of my scrotum than on the left. is this normal?
