i am 5.3ft and 98 pounds i eat a lot of fatty food but don't seem to put on weight how can i put on weight on my arms and legs only?

You can't control: Where on your body you will gain size from higher fat stores.

Make some changes: Fat around the belly is actualy very harmful.  It's metabolically active and can cause a lot of problems.  Talk to your dietician about changes to your current diet.  Cut down on eating out so much.  See your doctor about starting an exercise routine.  Maybe get labs to make sure you don't have cushing's syndrome (unlikely) that can cause fat to deposit around your abdomen...Good luck.

Cardio 4 toning: Best way to tone your legs is to engage in cardiovascular exercise that uses your legs (running, cycling, etc.). Additionally, doing extended reps with much lighter weight will tend to tone (vs doing few reps with heavier weights which may tend to add bulk). Maintain a healthy diet too!

Toning: Tone Thighs w plie, squat, wall squat, ball squat, Plyometric Squat,stair steps, lunges, lunges w dumbbells, ball squeeze &amp; single leg Circle.

Diet and exercise: If you want to bulk up and be healthy and muscular, eat healthy foods like fruits, vegetables, lean meats, eggs, and milk.  Start exercising daily, running, biking or swimming are good.  You'll be leaner, more muscular, and you'll feel better.  Good luck!

Confusing question: I know of no 2 month old kids that are expected to bear weight on their legs. If you have been horsing around with the kid and may have injured him, have him evaluated.

Many Reasons: There are many reasons for this complaint, muscle pain??Joint Pain but at your age Spinal Stenosis may be the reason! This is a narrowing of the spine due to "wear
and tear" ("Degenerative") arthritis. There are treatment options for most causes!

Ask ur doc : Mask your surgeon what he wants you to take.  He most likely have you a prescription for pain medications and have instructions to ice it.  It is common to have pain so much that you can't out weight on it
