Too Nit Picking: There really is no way to answer these type of extreme situation questions.  If you have symptoms after the encounter of an std then it is probably prudent to be tested for it.

Low risk but some: An erect penis is secreting sperm containing semen continuously. Any intercourse, even 10 sec, without protection could leave behind the one sperm that is needed for conception. That risk is lower than when a full ejaculate is left but is still possible.

Pregnancy is: Possible with this scenario. Take a pregnancy test if your period is late. Use protection promptly every time you have sex.

Condom use.:  Don't reuse condoms. Don't turn them inside out so that you can use a condom twice. This type of behavior can increase risk for pregnancy.

Possible.: No birth control method (except surgical sterilization and abstinence) is 100% effective. Whenever a period is late, check a pg test.   Repeat in a week and if negative, and you miss another period, see your doc to find out why.  Follow the instructions on the kit, and be sure it has not expired, too.  Also, infections can occur, if you are at risk of pregnancy. So get checked for those, too,
