Therefore avoiding coming in contact with anyone with active TB disease would be the best preventive strategy. Other risk factors include - exposure to imprisoned individuals, homeless individuals, travel to TB endemic countries, immunocompromised status etc.

If you are exposed to person w/active TB, you can rarely re-acquire it

Can call Dr on video: Call to see if a clinic visit is needed. Most boils are treated with drainage of the pus inside. Antibiotics are sometimes, but not always, used after that. For boils that don't look like they are thin enough to lance through the skin, antibiotics may be used to stop the infection (then a surgeon can remove non-infected cysts at a later time). Ask Dr. if MRSA bacteria prevention might be needed.

For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.

: Clarifying your diagnosis with your cardiologist would be best. Holter monitor will  only add information about possible arrhythmia or irregular heart beat. Trying not to worsen your anxiety by searching on Internet will probably help the most.
