See below: Folate (folic acid) is definitely needed to prevent abnormalities of the spinal cord. Ass for vitamin b, I am unaware of any birth defects associated with low vitamin b levels. Maybe one of the obstetricians  on the site will know.

Stretch marks: Stretch marks are from physical change in size of body. Oils can help as internal supplement, but topical oils and moisturizers work the best.

Don't do it.: Apparently there's no effect on the fetus with this that is thus far known however, this is a new vaccine and data on it is very limited, so if you didn't get it yet, the recommendation is not to get it until after your pregnancy.  As for your folate (folic acid) and vit b, that's definitely good for your pregnancy.  Best of luck.

PUPPP: The itching associated with pruritic uricarial papules and plaques of pregnancy (puppp) may worsen immediately after delivery, but generally resolves by 15 days postpartum. Your doctor can prescribe low to mid potency topical corticosteroids initially for relief of symptoms. Nonsedating oral antihistamines can also be used. Systemic glucocorticoids may be needed on occasion for extreme itching.

Facial scar : Massage is helpful for most scars, to soften them.  Using cocoa butter or vitamin E can help moisturize the scar.  Neither will help remove a scar though.  Your scar is small enough that it might make sense to have it surgically treated (in office under local anesthesia).  See a board-certified plastic surgeon.

Possible: There is no proven scar healer out there that I am aware of, keeping the area clean and soft should help with decreasing the amount of scar build up.  I have always thought that sunblock for the first year on a scar is important to avoid excessive scarring as sun damage can exacerbate a scar.  Most scars overtime though do improve, the body usually does a good job at healing itself.

See : See your doctor and ask for a prescription for hydroquinone. There are different strengths. Maybe start out with a lower percent and work your way up as tolerated. In the meantime if you want to cover up your dark elbows apply under eye concealer to your elbows (dab it on) and finish with a liittle powder.

Yes, other ideas too: Some try cocoa butter, shea butter and vitamin e but studies are murky whether these help. New stretch marks can benefit from application of tretinoin cream (unless pregnant) which is a prescription cream or gel and new marks also respond to pulsed laser therapy. Older stretch marks improve with use of microdermabrasion  and excimer lasers. Glycolic acid peel helps both new and old  stretch marks.
