i sometimes spray when peeing. i find this a problem as it happens a lot. is there something to prevent this from happening? started since i was 7.

Urethral stricture?: Occasional spraying could mean a transient plug of mucus in the urethra; residual semen after ejaculation; or pre-ejaculate fluid after sexual arousal. But for a problem nearly 10 years, you should be checked for urethral stricture, i.e. partial blockage. Over time, this could become a fairly serious problem, but  easily treated now. Discuss with your doctor, who might refer you to a urologist.

See your GYN: It's called stress incontinence; there are medications to control mild cases, but sometimes a surgical procedure is necessary. Your gynecologist will know what to do.

No difference: If your bladder is over active, it is unlikely that you would be able to hold it long enough to increase your risk of an infection. Go when ever convenient.

Stricture: You may have a urethral or meatal stricture. A urologist would be able to diagnose and treat this. Ask your family physician to refer you for evaluation.

No - this is rare.: It is rare to develop a yeast infection from sex.  What is not rare is to develop irritation that feels like a yeast infection during frequent sex.

Yeast infection: You do not usually have to shower after sex to prevent yeast infections.  However, if you are having frequent yeast infections, you should see your doctor.

Hmm: laughter is good for you in general. No, there are no studies that show that it lowers your risk of heart disease but who cares - it's good to laugh. Heck, maybe it helps lower your BP or something. Enjoy life.

Kegels: Tighten up your pelvic floor muscles by doing kegel exercises.  Lose weight if you need to.
