Consider other treatment for your back spasms, like ice packs, or heat (later), massage. Using less (or no) valium will improve your odds of passing drug screening test

However, if you are using amphetamine like drugs, opiates, marijuana, benzodiazepines, pcp, Cocaine or other commonly abused drugs for which testing is usually done, then there is nothing you can do at this point. I would be more worried about having a drug problem than in being caught. What you can do is get help and be honest with yourself.If you try to beat test, they will find it.
