Missed period: Probably you did not ovulate and missed your period for reasons such as stress, anxiety, weight loss, excessive physical exercise,travel, etc. Contact to your gyn. if it happens again.

False symptoms: Pregnancy symptoms can be the same as anxiety symptoms.  These symptoms include nausea, abdominal pain, and fatigue.  You should try relaxing and stop trying to get pregnant. Yoga and guided meditation can help.  Also, if you are working out too much, it can affect regular ovulation. Also, know that there may be nothing wrong, your body needs time.  See your doctor.

Pregnancy Test: If you are newly pregnant, a scan would not show a intrauterine pregnancy, as it would be way too early.  The cyst could be what's called a corpus luteum cyst, which is what sustains a pregnancy until the placenta is formed.  The best time to scan for confirmation of a pregnancy is 5-6 weeks, and viability at 8-10 weeks.
