Being prepared: Since this is something that you would like to engage in, then obtain contraception for yourself before hand and not rely on the condom alone that has a 20 to 25% failure rate. yes, the Pan B will augment your encounter, however why try to take care of something AFTER the fact,. Smokey the Bear says," only you can prevent forest fires"(pregnancy).

i am using 0.1% betamethasone for 4 months, i just know that i am pregnant in the first month, does the drug have any adverse effect on the fetus?

Probably OK: It's hard to prove any medicine is 100% safe in pregnancy. If it's not essential you could stop it for 1st trimester. However, little of the topical steroid will reach the fetus and many women have used it, not realizing they were pregnant.  There does not seem to be any pattern of adverse effects on the fetus.

Yes, it is possible: Bleeding in early pregnancy is unfortunately not uncommon and most often is  of unclear cause. It is often attributed to "implantation" or to "placentation issues" and resolves spontaneously.
A combination of your other symptoms, your betaHCG level and your pelvic sonogram findings may provide you and your doctor a sense of direction. Consult your gynecologist.

: The average time to conception is quoted as 6 months and most don't consider you as having a fertility issue before at least a year of trying.  Your regular OB can sometimes assess the basic health issues, but if this continues beyond a year both you and your partner need an evaluation.

Short term: While nothing is 100%, pregnancy tests are accurate over 98% of the time.  For about 8 to 10 days after conception the pregnancy test will be negative - after that they will be positive.

No!: You cannot have menstrual bleeding at all if pregnant. There can be other reasons for vaginal bleeding in a pregnant woman, you'd need to see a provider to sort that out.
