HS: There is a strong possibility what you are describing is Hidradenitis suppurativa. For this you may need a long course of suppressive antibiotic cream. Please see your Gynecologist for an exact diagnosis and management.

?: The itching under your breast is likely a fungal infection. It's a favorite place for Candida ( a fungus) to live. The recurrent boils suggest deficient immunity. A common denominator can be diabetes and you should be checked for that. Your ability to fight infection should be evaluated.

You may have a...: Bartholin's cyst.  This is an abscess that can occur on either side of the inner vagina near its entrance.  You need to see a gynecologist (or at least a doctor who's experienced in gynecology) to confirm the diagnosis and drain the cyst.  You may be prescribed antibiotics and given some other instructions to help the cyst heal.  Unfortunately, it's not something you can treat on your own.

Resistant bacteria?: The antibiotic-resistant bacteria called MRSA is usually checked for when a person has a boil. The doctor can swab the pus and send it to the lab. Certain antibiotics are used for MRSA boils, and other things have to be done to try to get that bacteria out of the household. Boils can still be due to regular, nonresistant bacteria... so hope it is nonresistant.

This provides a great environment for boils to develop.

It could laso represent inflammation of the apocrine glands called hidraadenitis suppuritiva. This is best evalauated and treated by a primary care physician or dermatologist in person.
