: Priapism is a rare side effect of cialis. I am not sure you use L arginine for erectile dysfunction or for peripheral vascular insufficiency along with pentoxifylline. In theory, because L arginine can increase the blood flow to the penis so it can strengthen the effect of cialis or exacerbate the side effect. However, there is no reported interaction of these three medications that I can find.

No: Sorry. No clinical trials have ever shown that suggest a benefit of combining these two Amino Acids in improving no levels or reducing oxidative stress.

Key is to hydrate: You must hydrate REALLY WELL if u are going to take these for your workouts. Nitrous  causes insensible water loss. Can also cause headaches too. And yes it can help erections and maintenance of erections.

It is not clear eating more increases no levels. There is a suggestion that high doses may alter no levels in some diseases.

Yes: Nitric oxide may increase endurance and possibly extend the 'pump' after a work out. The supplement is actually arginine which is an Amino Acid important to include in the diet.  It is found in a well rounded diet but supplements have been found to give some athletic performance enhancement.  When taken in the recommended dosage it poses little risk but the cost may not justify the use.
