No Safe Way: Content is genetically determined. Increase in melanin is an injury reaction to sun (uv) exposure, or from tanning beds.Never advisable to do this as long term effects result in aging and skin cancer. Self tanning creams or sprays add color to the skin, and while not perfect, are safe.

No such thing: There is no such treatment for the whole body.  If you don't like to be dark, avoiding sunlight exposure with umbrella, large hat, and a titanium or zinc sunscreen may help.  There are creams to reduce the melanin production but the effect is only transient and the dose may be toxic when applied all over the body. Perhaps focusing on your face would be a more realistic. goal.

: Any color skin tone can respond to sun exposure by producing more melanin. Sunscreen use in dark skinned persons is less common, but may help in preventing sun mediated skin darkening.

: Stop it and see if it goes away. If it does you are sensitive to it.

: No, this soap does not cause depigmentation of skin and hair. It causes dry skin but you should be fine if humidity is above 30% where you live.

Can't : It is just your body. Going out in the sun it brings out your melanin but that is bad by causing skin cancer and premature aging.
